In the NCSC Awards 2026, we are looking to honour winners in the following categories:

Commercial Space of the Year
– Shopping Center (min. 5,000 m² GLA and min. 5 commercial tenants.)
– Open Class (Any other type of clustered retail e.g. department stores, retail parks, etc.)

Commercial Player of the Year
– Retail
– F&B
– Service
– New Brand

Establishment of the Year
Any new retail, F&B, or service establishment in the Nordics launched in 2025.
