Jumbo

Commercial Space of the Year 2025

> 25 000 m² GLA

Jury motivation
”This year’s winner has managed to build an exceptionally strong entirety, which despite the reduction of one major customer segment, has managed to attract more visitors. With a fairly low investment budget, they have managed to achieve a strong value for money outcome in their refurbishment project.

Its tenant structure meets a wide range of needs, from daily necessities to leisure experiences. The customer experience has been refined to be clear and functional, and the centre’s development work is concretely reflected in both the spatial solutions and the visual appearance. The centre has also been consistent in its responsibility work and committed to ambitious ESG targets. The marketing has also been successful – it speaks to its target group and builds the centre’s identity as part of the local everyday life.

In addition, we highlight a special feature that makes this center unique: it has succeeded exceptionally in the market in combining two previously separate commercial units into one seamless, functional and attractive center.”

Arlanda Airport Marketplace

Commercial Space of the Year 2025

< 25 000 m² GLA

Jury motivation
”This year’s winner has carried out a methodical and professional development work. With an innovative business model that focuses on consumer benefit and competitiveness, they have succeeded in creating an attractive and flexible environment for shopping, food and service.

Thanks to a well-thought-out balance between high-quality service and environments that offer both energy and calm – with seating, rest lounges and quiet zones – they have succeeded in creating an oasis where visitors can find both relaxation and inspiration. The new business model that has been introduced creates a dynamic that gives both the landlord and the tenant motivation for concept development and improvements, which has created increased turnover.

The concept is carefully planned, with a logical layout and a well-curated offering for a broad and varied target group. The concept has been developed in-house with great professionalism through solid strategies and structured work that is admirable.”

DRM-LND has been awarded the 2025 New Brand Concept of the Year, with Mikael Söderlindh, Jakob Granqvist, and Lauren Eyaife receiving the honor.

DRM-LND

New Brand Concept of the Year 2025

Juryns motivering
“In a retail landscape that’s constantly evolving, one new brand has managed to stand out by blurring the lines between creativity, self-expression, and commerce. This concept invites customers to become creators themselves – to design, bead, and personalize accessories in a way that turns shopping into a joyful, highly personal experience.

With a strong digital presence – particularly on TikTok – the brand has struck a powerful chord with Gen Alpha, a demographic often overlooked in both the jewelry and tech-accessory sectors. Built on the pillars of customization, user-generated content, and emotional brand connection, it has managed to foster a dedicated community around its universe.

Sustainability also plays a central role. By using recycled plastics in its products, DRM-LND demonstrates a clear commitment to responsible production.”

Power takes home the 2025 Marketing Campaign of the Year award for the spectacular launch of their Odense store, drawing record numbers of visitors. The award was accepted by CEO Jesper Boysen.

Power Odense – 2 Mill

Power

Marketing Campaign of the Year 2025

Jury motivation
“For an extraordinary campaign that turned the opening of a single store in Rosengårdcentret into a nationwide phenomenon. With remarkable courage, POWER dedicated a significant share of its total marketing budget to one store launch – and the results were nothing short of outstanding.

The campaign reached across virtually every platform, generating impressive earned media and creating visibility far beyond Odense. The long queues on opening day proved how powerfully the message resonated, despite competitors matching prices just across the street.

In a time when much of consumer electronics retail is shifting online, POWER demonstrated the continued strength of physical retail when paired with bold, creative marketing. This campaign not only put POWER but also Odense on the map – and set a new benchmark for retail marketing in the Nordics.”
