The jury will consider concept, vision and strategy and how it is implemented throughout the organization including interaction with tenants and customers.
The jury will consider innovative initiatives of concept, development, marketing, customer service and tenant cooperations.
The jury will consider strategy, general mix and clustering and how these are reflected in the overall concept.
The jury will consider: Environmental (E); Environmental plan & budget, Energy savings, Waste handling, Green leasing contracts, Certifications. Social (S); Public activities, Municipality cooperations, Community Integration, Sponsoring & Partnerships. Governance (G); Sustainable Corporate Governance.
The jury will consider strategy and brand concept and implementation, general communication, Information (signage etc.), Market position, Market analysis, Media analysis & Media mix.
The jury will consider: Accessibility by car, public transport, walking, bicycle. If it is accessible to everyone (including people with disabilities, and minority groups), Integration in municipality structure, Opening hours.
The jury will consider: Organisational structure and co-operation between departments. If recourses are local and/or central. Cleaning & Maintenance, Security, certificate, and training. Customer Service.
The jury will consider: Interior and exterior architecture, Masterplan, Entrances & Flows, Indoor and outdoor public areas, Integration in surrounding area.

9. Financial KPI:s (10%)
Financial KPIs are important in assessing performance. The KPIs are treated confidentially and only for the purpose of the competition. If you don’t want or can’t leave KPIs, the best available data will be used, e.g SSCD (Sweden) or KKY (Finland). The Jury Chair will contact the specified contact person to verify as much as possible of the key figures.
