The network

Neutral ground for people who normally negotiate.

Leasing is a negotiation, but it is also a craft — and the people who do it rarely get to compare notes with anyone outside their own company. This forum exists to fix that. It is exclusive to professionals working with leasing and establishment, and it deliberately brings both tenants and property owners into the same room.

Meetings are run under a simple rule: everyone contributes. You are not there to be pitched to, and neither is anybody else.

    Each meeting opens on a topic the group has asked for — sometimes introduced by an invited guest speaker.

    Introductions

    Everyone in the room introduces themselves, so you leave knowing who was there and what they work on.

    Group discussion

    The group splits into smaller rooms where the real conversation happens, away from the full-room audience.

    Shared reflections

    Each group brings its reflections back to everyone, so the whole network gets the benefit.
