Head of Retail at Alecta Fastigheter elected new Chairman of NCSC

At the AGM on June 1, 2026, Tobias Rönnberg Halvorsen, Head of Retail at Alecta Fastigheter, was elected new Chairman of the Board. He succeeds Annika Schönefeld, who served as acting Chair between January and June 2026.

Tobias Rönnberg Halvorsen has extensive experience within retail, commercial real estate, and the development of destinations and meeting places. He has been actively engaged in NCSC’s work for several years.

“I am happy and honored by the trust placed in me to chair the NCSC Board at a time when retail, urban development, and commercial spaces are facing both significant transformation and new opportunities. NCSC plays an important role in bringing the industry together and contributing to the development of sustainable and relevant destinations across the Nordics. I look forward to continuing to develop the organization together with the Board and the NCSC team,” says Tobias Rönnberg Halvorsen.

The AGM also elected two new Board Members. Maria Hellberg, Head of Real Estate and Expansion Manager Nordic Region at Rituals, brings extensive experience in retail expansion and commercial real estate across the Nordic market. Pia Lynggaard, Commercial Director at Rødovre Centrum, contributes deep expertise in shopping centre management. Their appointments further strengthen the Board’s collective competence and reinforce NCSC’s close connection to leading retail and destination stakeholders across the Nordic region.
