Individuals responsible for operations and security matters within retail e.g. Operation Managers, Security Managers and Facility Managers are welcome to join our upcoming Operations and Security Network Meeting in Stockholm. Take the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with colleagues, get expertise, and expand your personal network with the objective to enhance safe and secure operations in Nordic and Baltic retail and mixed-use destinations.

To give members a good overview of current challenges, both from a country level and a center level perspective, and to receive relevant input for our “round-table-talks".
Topics to cover for an overview of the Nordic region (5 min).
Consider two perspectives per topic: A) national level, B) center level

• Mental health issues in stores with increased violence.
