This award recognizes established food & beverage brands for their exceptional performances over the past 12 months. The jury will consider innovation, sales and development of new units. This category is open to restaurant chains and brands.
Service Concept of the year
This category rewards service and leisure brands for their originality and exceptional performances over the past 12 months. The jury will consider innovation, sales and the development of new units. This category is open to leisure and service operators.
New Brand of the year
This award recognizes new brands that has established one or more units within the past 3 years in the Nordic market. The jury will consider originality of concept, achievements, entrepreneurial spirit and long-term development plans. This category is open to brands from all sectors.Philip Monge
