NCSC is where the Nordic commercial spaces industry meets — landlords and retailers, investors and consultants, city planners and public authorities, on neutral ground. Membership is personal, runs for the calendar year, and covers everything we do in all four countries.

NCSC is a neutral moderator and our purpose is to facilitate meaningful dialogue and collaboration across the industry. Members get a vote at the annual meeting.

Types and pricing

Four types. Pick the one that matches your organisation.

Prices are per year. Memberships run on an annual basis and any member may, with three months’ notice, terminate their membership with effect from 1 January.

Standard

SEK 5.400 /year

  • 1 individual membership
  • 1 vote

For individuals working within companies that own, develop, manage or support Nordic commercial spaces and communities. SEK 5.300 is a tax-deductible service charge.

Group

SEK 14.900 /year · 2.980 p.p.

  • 5 individual memberships
  • 1 vote per group membership

For five or more individuals from the same company. Only the five listed individuals are members; further individuals can be added for SEK 3.500 p.p./year. SEK 14.800 is a tax-deductible service charge.

For individuals working for a retail, F&B, service or leisure brand, or another marketplace tenant.

All prices are excluding VAT. Memberships are personal, but can be transferred to a colleague within the same company at any time — just let us know.

How it works

From application to member in four steps.

No committee, no waiting list. Most applications are confirmed within two working days.

    Apply

    Fill in the application form — membership type, the company to invoice, and who holds the membership. It takes a few minutes.

  2. 02

    We confirm

    You get an email confirming the application straight away, and we come back to you within two working days.

  3. 03

    Invoice

    The invoice goes to the company as a PDF. The membership runs for the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.

  4. 04

    You are in

    You get member pricing on every event, access to the networks, the reports and the member register.

Good to know

The small print, in plain words.

Each membership is held by an individual, but paid for and managed by the company, which may reassign it to a colleague if the individual holding the membership leaves or changes role.
