During the past year, much has happened at Skärholmen, such as the new restaurant area at Skärholmstorget taking shape. This means Grosvenor’s vision of creating southern Stockholm’s vibrant new city center with our project is about 75 percent complete. At the seminar we will talk about the extensive development project that Skärholmen Centrum is undergoing, including what Grosvenor has already accomplished and what exciting changes remain. In addition to Carl Strufve, Director Nordics at Grosvenor Europe, Per Andersson from HUI Research will talk about southern Stockholm’s strong demographic and trade development.
