Join us at the NCSC Nordic Summit, where we unite the Nordic industry in Helsinki for a half-day conference, local study visits and the prestigious NCSC Awards finale. Throughout the conference, we will delve into different commercial spaces business models and how these spaces can be activated to effectively engage the communities they serve. We will draw inspiration from across the Nordics and industry leaders will share their insights on the future of retail. The next day we will further this exploration by touring some of the city's popular shopping centers and retail stores.

In the evening, we will honor the best of the Nordics with four prestigious awards at this year's NCSC Awards finale.

  • Christoffer Jansén will assume the role of the new Managing Director for XXL Sports & Outdoor Finland on August 1. His initial focus is on enhancing the customer promise to establish XXL as the preferred option for sports enthusiasts. He will unveil his future plans and strategies to steer the company towards positive growth.

  • 3:30 pm - Power of Science
  • Charlotte Andersen has a clear vision for putting Rødovre Centrum in the spotlight. By focusing on current and important issues, she successfully involves the community and boosts footfall, sales, dwell time, and social media interaction. The “Power of Science” campaign is no exception. Through collaborations with DTU (Technical University of Denmark) and Rødovre Municipality, the campaign emphasized the significance of encouraging girls' interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). Charlotte will share her comprehensive marketing strategy that achieves both sales targets, raises awareness, and drives meaningful change.

  • 3:45 pm - Your Beauty Playground
  • LYKO FABship in Helsinki opened with a bang in May 2023, drawing huge crowds to its new central location.
