Mall of Tripla

Best Shopping Center 2022

Jurys Motivation
”This center has it all – the solid financial KPI’s, the sustainability agenda, happy customers, societal integration, award winning marketing, interesting variety of tenants and a pleasant and functional architecture. But what makes the center stand out from the competition, is that this ambitious project has brought retail and entertainment to a place where it didn’t exist before. It creates a new focal point to the area, transforming it from an administrative center to a new vibrant residential and business hub – a unique multifunctional hybrid.

Its accessibility is impeccable, providing access by rail and roads, bikes, and feet. The architectural layout of the center creates a natural customer flow, and the building is well integrated in its surroundings since every floor of the center has its own street level entrance. And above all it has great opportunities for developing the sales even further. Massive amount of natural customer flows creates a future proof business platform both for the owners and tenants alike.”
