Since 2013 we are running a world unique education program together with 4 renowned Universities in the Nordics. A education program customized for the Shopping Center Industry. Now we take the next step by presenting an updated program and more alternatives to attend our Diploma program or a 3-day course.

5 modules: Market and Investment Analysis, Center Management in the Future, Asset Management, Branding and the Marketing Plan plus a “Bonus-module” which is included in the full Diploma Program. You can choose to do the Diploma Program in 1-2 years.

The NCSC Business program gives a broader knowledge and deeper understanding of the issues, processes and activities involved for successful management and development of a shopping center. The program offers tools and methods to analyze and respond to changes and challenges in market as well as insights on how you can adjust to changes in customer behavior and demand. Attending the NCSC Business Program is also a great opportunity to build valuable network in the business and in the Nordics.
The Diploma Program consists of 4 independent but interconnected 3-day modules with lectures, seminars, guest speakers, literature, examinations, case studies and relevant study visits. The modules focuses on practical applicable knowledge and real-life problem solutions. Exchanging working experience and knowledge with other professionals is an essential part of the program.
You can also attend the courses/modules separately without attending the diploma program.
Introduction- E-learning module
This module apply only when attending the Market and Investment Analysis at KTH (Stockholm) and Asset Management at NHH (Bergen). This e-learning course is not obligatory but if you don’t participate you will take your own responsibility that you can assimilate your studies within excel, maths and statistics. There will be an additional cost for this module. More information will follow.

This module is a learning session built on a case study. Only for Diploma students 2017 and ex-students from NCSC University Education in Advanced Center Management.

Everyone who has an interest in the shopping center industry. I.e. Asset Managers, Leasing Managers, Marketing Managers, Project Managers.

Price non members: 100 000 SEK
Price members: 25 000 SEK /course
Price non members: 30 000 SEK /course
The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person. VAT will be added to the prices above. Literature, study visit, 3 lunches + 1 dinner are included in the price of each module. Costs for travels, room and board are additional.
